To all you Super Star Dutch Lifesavers!!

I invite you to join me and the Noordwijk Reddingsbrigade for a great big squad training session to kick off the racing season!

Where? Noordwijk Reddingsbrigade club house
When? Sunday May 22nd. 14.00-17.00
Why? Because training with friends is fun and a great way to improve skills! And it's a perfect time for a catch-up and BBQ...and drinks!

The plan is to hit the water at 14.30 sharp (none of this surf club time rocking up to training 20mins late! hehe) Drills, skills, then some transition/changeovers, then ins & outs in whatever your specialty and finish up with a short format ironman! ...weather permitting...I'll make a call to the weather gods the night before and put in a special request for sunshine, surf and warm water ;)

Come along with all your boards/skis/beach flag garden hose, practice your training and racing skills and get set for a great summer of ocean competition!
